Project Details:

Strip out:
Remove all floor coverings, wall paper, internal doors, bathroom, WC, old central heating system, defective lighting and electrical installations.

Install:
New heating system; Boiler, pipe work and radiators.
New electrics; Burglar alarm, smoke / heat and Carbon monoxide detectors, shower supply and lighting.
New bathroom; Toilet, Bath, Sink and Shower.
New down stairs WC; Toilet and Sink.
Hang new internal doors.
Replace defective and broken windows.
Replace external front and back doors.

Decorate
Fill, sand and gloss all internal wood work and new internal doors.
Fill, sand and emulsion all walls and ceilings.
Lay new carpet and lino throughout.
Fit new blinds throughout.

External works
Replace broken roof tile and re-point ridge tiles.
Clean all windows and frames and reseal with mastic.
Clear garden of rubble, cut and neaten grass.
Replace damaged fence panels.

The whole project was completed within 6 weeks.
